Semi-permanent glossy black vinyl. Die-cut comes attached to a removable transfer sheet (top textured layer shown in photo) to assist with proper positioning.
Carefully remove white backing sheet. Place in your desired position, and use a credit card or other sturdy item to rub the transfer into place. Carefully peel back the transfer sheet and voila!
