Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Currently, we only accept PayPal for all purchases. Once you complete the billing information through PayPal, the service will process your payment and notify The Fish Market. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared through PayPal. 
  Please note: PayPal is our payment processor for all orders.

ou do not need a PayPal account, but you will need to go to the PayPal site to complete your order.

On the PayPal landing page, simply click the bottom section that reads, "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with a card" and input fields will drop down for you to complete.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
REGARDING SHIPPING
The US Postal Service recently re-named their Priority Mail service options.

If you select 1-day, 2-day or 3-day Priority Mail shipping, this means that it will take 1, 2 or 3 days from the time the order has shipped.

This does not expedite the processing time for the RBF Fish Market.

We still only ship once per week, typically on Saturdays.
